Kendra and Carter’s “after the day” Wedding Painting

In October 2022, Kendra and Carter tied the knot at the Canton Barn in Canton, South Dakota. When creating their “after the day” painting, I only needed one reference photo of their first kiss to capture the intimacy I wanted. A big thank you to Courtney from Courtney Trapp Photography for providing the gorgeous photo that made this painting possible! For the artwork, I zoomed in on the couple, leaving out the guests and chairs to focus solely on them. I also highlighted the beautiful purple bushes behind them.
